Welcome to Starborne Legions (the “Game”), operated by TRUE DEV WORKS LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or playing the Game via https://starbornelegions.com/game or https://starbornelegions.com/marketplace/cards (“you”, “user”, “player”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use or access the Game.

1. Eligibility

2. Licence to Use

5. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related digital content regulations, you are entitled to digital products that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If a purchase is defective or made in error, contact info@starbornelegions.com with details. Refunds will be issued only when required by law or at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to access the Game and all Virtual Items will cease immediately.
